Returns & Refunds

We want your order to feel just right. If something isn’t quite perfect, returning it is simple.

Our return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your parcel to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it; unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email us here with your order number and the items you’d like to return.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

  3. Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the preferred size or color.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

European Union cooling-off period

If your order ships into the European Union, you also have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it; unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
