Shipping and Deliveries

We print every order with care in the European Union and send it to you as quickly and simply as possible. This page explains where we ship, how long it takes, and how to follow your parcel.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to the following EU countries:

Addresses outside the EU are possible by request. Send us your full address and the items you would like. We will prepare a quote and an estimated delivery window. International postage, duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

How your order is made

  • Your items are printed to order in the EU, with most production coming from Germany and the Czech Republic.

  • Production usually begins within one working day and most orders leave the facility within one to two working days.

  • After dispatch, your parcel travels with a tracked courier or your national postal service, depending on the route.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive two to five working days after dispatch. Rural areas and islands can take a little longer.

Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
If a free-shipping offer is active, you will see it in your cart and at checkout. Prices shown on our site include VAT for EU customers.

Tracking your order

  • We email a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the facility.

  • You can also sign in to your account to follow every step.

  • If your order contains items made in different facilities, it may arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking link.

Address changes and order edits

If you need to change your address or adjust your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before the parcel is handed to the carrier. After dispatch, changes are unlikely but we will still try to assist.

Missed delivery

If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will try again or hold the parcel at a nearby point for collection. Please use your tracking link for details. Parcels that return to sender because they were not collected can be resent once we confirm a new shipping fee.

Damaged or incorrect items

We pack with care and every item is checked before it travels. If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, send us photos within seven days along with your order number. We will make it right.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking does not update for several days, or if it shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check with neighbors or reception and then contact us. We will open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated.

Holiday delivery

During peak periods both production and carriers can be busier than usual. Please allow an extra 1–3 working days for production and an extra 1–3 working days in transit. Tracking updates may also appear with a slight delay. We do not show “arrives by” dates, so ordering early is recommended.

Customs and taxes for non-EU deliveries

For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees are paid by the recipient. Transit times can be longer due to customs processing. We will share the best estimate when we quote your shipment.

Packaging and sustainability

Orders are printed locally in the EU to shorten travel distance. We use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible.

P.O. boxes and special instructions

Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If possible, provide a standard street address. You can add a delivery note at checkout and we will pass it to the carrier when the service supports it.
