30-day return window from delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached

Email info@snuggleofficial.eu with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return label and instructions.
Refunds & exchanges
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and checked (typically 3–7 business days).
Size or color exchanges are done via store credit; return the item and reorder the right fit.
Damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
